It's one of those days... Today, I was able to produce the most beautiful preparation so far! I got the delicate buccal ganglion of Aplysia desheathed so beautifully, I love it! It felt so good and looked so pretty that I just had to post the pic here
Now I just need to get rid of the nasty noise problem that's been preventing me from reproducing the imaging results I got last year. What sources of photo noise are there?



Update [10:12pm]: Not only was it the perfect prep, it also worked! I got the results I got last year reproduced! Yes! Now let's see what we can make of that!
