The Houston Gymnastics Club
Hosts the Houston National Gymnastics Invitational
Team
Rosters and Information
Please check your rosters carefully for correct USAG numbers (include
zeros before #s if that’s the way they were assigned), correct coaches
professional #s (include mandatory safety certification), and correct
spellings, levels, birth dates, etc.
Note:
If your athlete was moved up an age group, his birth date listing
is most likely bogus, as we have to input a different age into the
program to move the athlete up an age. Also, please
notify us of scratches in advance, as this can affect rotations.
Open
Team Cup
Straight FIG Rules with Jr. Elite 1 and 2 repetition rule in effect
(all gymnasts can repeat one FIG bonus skill). Top four scores
per event count out of 6 team members (you are allowed 8 on the
floor, but only 6 can compete per event).
Junior
Team Cup
All Jr. Elite 2, 1 and Elites will compete under the same rules
as the Open Team Cup for the Saturday Individual Events and All
Around. Top two Class 4s (10-11) and top two Class 3s scores count
from any team that has these groups. In addition, you can have
a team with 3 Class 3s and one Class 4, or even a team with four
Class 3s. Either way, the top 4 scores will count only under these
scenarios. One optional vault.
Class
7 and 6 Vault
Only the AAI Vault Table will be available to use during this competition.
Please RSVP that you received this letter, even if you do not
have any changes and understand the final schedule! You can respond
by email: Tim@Jcchouston.org
or by phone 713-729-3200 ext. 3272.
