Endorsed by

Scott Rosmaier; 1984 Olympics Assistant Competition Director, Technical, 1996 Atlanta Olympics Game Staff, California State Handball Association President 1985-87

I have known Kurt Stone since 1983 when he first became involved with handball. He was instantly committed to the sport and its development. Kurt started programs at the youth level through the Boys and Girls Club. His involvement has grown steadily. Whether it was fund raising and coaching a youth team for competition in Teramo, Italy, competing with the Condors in National Championships, or organizing the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games, he has dedicated himself to the sport at all levels. Kurt has been constantly involved in the sport and can be counted on to follow through all endeavors. During the 1996 games I worked closely with Kurt and was impressed by his ability to remain calm and manage crises situations, to motivate tired and overworked volunteers, and to address the needs and concerns of the IHF. Kurt demonstrated unbelievable leadership skills with volunteers, ACOG staff and the IHF. Having been involved in Handball since 1977 and serving on many USA Team Handball committess, boards and executive committees, I am certain that Kurt Stone is the best choice for President of USA Team Handball.
