Today, the UK House of Lords Science and Technology Committee released their report on the new RCUK open access policy. Commenting on the report, the chairman of the committee, Lord Krebs, said: That to me sounds an aweful lot like "The Government must ensure that in further developing our capabilities for creating a sustainable energy supply they do not inadvertently damage the 'complex ecosystem' of fossil fuel delivery in the UK".

Does that reek of publisher lobbying or am I paranoid? Isn't this like making sure smoking bans don't impact the tobacco industry?
