At the Gastropod meeting last week several people have told me that my job application looks terrific, but my website is scaring potential employers off. Well, I would never... Anyway, I went ahead and made a boring, conventional entry page with a mugshot, some blurb about my work and links to my major research topics. Let's see if now all of a sudden I get short-listed and invited.
At the same time I adjusted the layout of the pages on spontaneous behavior and neurobiology of aggression to better match the overall green design much of the entire site is slowly converging upon.
Of course the old portal is still there, but it's only linked from the main entry page.
