I've put my last two undergraduate lectures up for download in the lecture download section. They're in German of course, but many slides are taken either from English textbooks or just off the web. The first is on simple behavioral control (reflexes and rhythmic pattern generation and such) and an introduction to learning and memory (classical and operant conditioning, LTP, patient HM, hippocampus, etc.). The second covers the biological basis of cognition. Both lectures are very basic and cover only what I thought were the main points.
